We are a data-driven organization and we only incorporate models that have proven results. We also make sure youth understand and know that they are partners in our process because they are the backbone of our infrastructure. Baskerville Squared, Inc. is also keenly aware that a prompt and efficient response to any situation that arises is what is needed for serving our youth populations and driving them toward success. In our ability to be flexible we are also able to demonstrate a higher level of resiliency and creativity to any situation that requires our ingenuity, which is something that is needed today .
